Austin, TX, is a vibrant and dynamic city that brings together people from all over the world. Yet, amid the bustling food and shopping scene, many in the Eastern European community found themselves missing the authentic tastes and traditions of home. That’s why in late August 2016, Borderless European Market (BEM) was born - a dream brought to life by two friends with a shared vision: Tatiana, from Russia, and Taras, from Ukraine.
