Well, we're a little loca about local! We're passionate about the unique energy and spirit of local communities. Our mission has always been to empower local businesses and creators, and "Loca" perfectly captures that enthusiasm.
Our Commitment to Local
Our founder, Joe Edgar, knows firsthand the power of local businesses. Having worked in a small business himself, he understands the challenges and opportunities they face. Loca is a testament to his belief that local creators and businesses can thrive together, fostering strong communities and economies.
Growing up, Joe worked in his family's food trailer, selling delicious doughboys. He saw firsthand that even the best product, team, and location can struggle without effective marketing. This experience inspired him to create a platform that helps local businesses connect with their communities.
